Students who are interested in pursuing a graduate degree in biochemistry should e-mail chemgradstudies@osu.edu to request more information BEFORE submitting an application to the Biochemistry Master's program.
Applicants who intend to pursue a PhD in biochemistry should consider applying to the Ohio State Biochemistry (osbp.osu.edu) and applicants who intend to pursue a PhD in chemistry with a concentration on biological chemistry should consider applying to the Chemistry PhD program (chemistry.osu.edu).
Optional Practical Training (OPT)
International graduates of this major are approved by the Department of Homeland Security for three (3) years of work permission in the United States after graduation. Visit the Office of International Affairs website for more information.
