English at Leicester

At Leicester, we encourage you to explore the pleasures of studying literature in a community combining passionate academic staff and enthusiastic students. We are home to many English societies and committees with a varied calendar of extra-curricular and social events. We host a large number of conferences, lectures and seminars each year, many of them open to the public.
