    • Integrate aspects of architecture, urban design, urban planning, and landscape architecture in ways that forefront sociospatial and environmental justice
    • Apply design as a methodology through which to explore and combat social, economic, political, and environmental injustices
    • Use NYC and other world cities as living laboratories to understand the processes of urban decline, restructuring, and development
    • Collaborate with classmates from diverse backgrounds, including the humanities and social sciences, law, architecture, and environmental studies
