Choose From Flexible Learning Formats
Elevate your expertise by enrolling in one of Xavier’s MBA degree programs. The total number of credit hours required to complete the MBA program varies from a minimum of 39 hours (all foundation skills waived with a nine-credit-hour concentration) to a maximum of 48 hours (all foundation skills and a 12-credit-hour concentration in Finance). Students can choose the schedule that works best for them, including online programs and evening classes.

Online/Part-Time MBA Program
Xavier’s Online MBA program, built for working professionals, blends intensive coursework and experiential learning opportunities with the added flexibility of an online format. Through synchronously paced online classes, students can earn their MBA degree in two to three years.

Full-Time MBA Programs
Because of their rigorous pace and emphasis on strategic leadership and network building, our two full-time MBA programs are popular degree paths for recent college graduates and early career professionals. Students can earn their degree in 12-18 months, allowing them to expedite their education and make major progress in their careers.

Executive MBA Program (EMBA)
Designed for seasoned corporate executives, Xavier’s 16-month EMBA immerses students in a cohort-based learning environment where they share their extensive experience, collaborate with others and advance their knowledge of leadership, team-building and high-level business strategy. Because of its prominence, admission to our EMBA program is highly selective.
