Agribusiness Management

An agribusiness student smiles in an orchard, holding an apple tree branch in one hand and an MSU folder in the other.

Interested in an agribusiness management degree?

Agribusiness management is the application of business skills in areas such as marketing, finance, economics and management in the agricultural industry.

This agribusiness major gives students the flexibility to expand on the core areas of study by choosing courses related to their individual interests in farm management, commodity procurement and marketing, labor and personnel management, public policy and global food issues. Our students learn about the managerial functions performed by organizations throughout the agribusiness sector and gain a systemwide perspective on managerial problems.
