„Human resource management has always been the field that has interested me the most since my bachelor's studies. So after gaining more than 10 years of practical work experience in the field of personnel, I decided to deepen my theoretical knowledge and complete my master's studies at Vilnius University. I chose this university not by chance: before I joined, I knew that Vilnius University's studies in the field of personnel are one of the highest in Lithuania. Thanks to dedicated and professional lecturers and experienced colleagues, I gained not only additional theoretical knowledge, which is very useful in the day-to-day activities in the development of the recruitment and temporary employment agency in the Baltics, but also practical advice and examples. I recommend this study programme to all people who love the field of human resources and want to grow and improve in this field.“
