Introduction and objectives

This master has been designed according to the requirements of the international law firms and institutions referring to a global level. It is aimed at those who are interested in practicing business law from an international perspective.

In the globalized world in which we live, relations between companies and individuals from different countries are more common, close and constant. This has made both our similarities and our differences even more apparent. We find both when dealing with different legal systems, which are essential in personal and commercial relations.

A lawyer today is therefore forced to deal with this reality, for which the law school has not sufficiently prepared him. To alleviate this deficiency, this program has brought together a faculty of recognized experts, to prepare professionals who have to advise from large companies to family businesses and help them successfully manage everything related to international traffic.

This program provides knowledge of the legal, economic and social context in which a company moves when it internationalizes its operations and the particular knowledge about the most relevant areas for success, from the incorporation of the company to each of the businesses it undertakes.
