Understanding human behaviour in the working environment is critical to success in business –enabling companies to enhance the working lives of individuals while increasing organisational efficiency and growth.

This master’s is designed for students who have an undergraduate degree with a substantial business, management or social science component and is accredited by the Association for Business Psychology.

If you have completed a BPS accredited psychology degree, you can take the MSc Work Psychology, which is our mirror course with different accreditation.
