The College's AACSB-accredited MBA program is open to all students who hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited institution of higher learning, meaning you don’t need a business background. If your undergraduate degree was not in a business-related field, we offer the MBA Bridge Program — a set of four accelerated courses that cover the essential foundations of an undergraduate business education.     The MBA provides foundational career skills in finance, economics, management, marketing, business statistics and professional ethics. More broadly, the Manhattan College MBA turns students into leaders who have communication, interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills, as well as the ability to think strategically.
  • Admission Requirements

    Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or institution. 

    1. GPA: Applicants should generally have a cumulative GPA of a least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
    2. Statement of Interest: Clearly describe your individual goals and objectives for pursuing your MBA degree at Manhattan College.
    3. Resume: The resume should include examples of academic, co-curricular and extracurricular achievement which can be used to assess personal qualities and ability to complete the program.
    4. Recommendations: Applicants must submit at least one letter of recommendation attesting to the applicant’s intellectual ability, leadership potential and ability to complete the program.
    5. No GMAT/GRE Required: The O’Malley School of Business does not require standardized test scores for admission. Applicants with a GPA below 3.0 may strengthen their application by submitting a GMAT/GRE score.
