Springfield College study for finals in the Learning Commons

As a Marketing Major at Springfield College, you will receive the skills and knowledge to prepare you for a successful career in a field that is in strong demand by employers. Our marketing major focuses on the critical aspects of marketing, including strategies relating to product development and management, branding, pricing, promotion, and distribution. The development of each student's marketing planning and communication skills are emphasized throughout the curriculum.

Experiential learning is highlighted in many upper-level courses through business simulations and case studies. Therefore, you’ll learn by doing. Career paths for marketing majors are unlimited as opportunities are available in many industries. Some students elect to complement their marketing studies by pursuing a minor in psychology, graphic design, or creative writing.
