Prepare yourself to be the business leader of tomorrow. From day one, you will be immersed in a simulated working environment where your learning journey is at the center. You will learn on campus, online, peer-to-peer, in teams, through personal coaching and mentoring, and finally on the job, all in one internationally-focused Master's degree program. Work side-by-side with executives from top global organizations and obtain certificates for specific skills in your concentration.
Practical Experience and Employability
Graduates from this program will have had a practical experience working on real projects with an international organization. Students with an Emphasis in Digital Transformation will work with one of the Big Four tech giants in South Korea.
Scholarship Opportunity
The Responsible Leadership Scholarship program is a merit award for qualified students accepted into the MSIM program.
It was established to recognize individuals who clearly demonstrate a deep commitment to leading positive change in organizations and communities. Awards are in the amount CHF 6,250 (25% of the tuition fee).

BUILD INTERNATIONAL CONNECTIONS WITH FUS MASTERCLASSES
Organized by Franklin's Taylor Institute, the Masterclasses at Franklin bring important international figures together for transversal learning opportunities and community building. Past participants have included Paul Polman, ex-CEO of Unilever and founder of Imagine; Kate Rayworth, author of Doughnut Economics; and Kim Polman, founder of Reboot the Future. MSIM students participate in the Masterclasses and have a follow-up workshop with the participants.
