MSc DIGITAL ENTREPRENEUR & PROJECT MANAGEMENT To find out more

The gradual digitalisation of the economy has encouraged the development of innovative practices that influence the way we produce, exchange and consume. New markets are emerging and digital business opportunities are arising all the time. Our MSc Digital Entrepreneur & Project Management course will enable you to learn about digital or web project management and give you the skills you need to launch your own business or embark on an intrapreneurial adventure.

What does digital project management involve?

Given the number of people involved in running a digital project (creation of a showcase website or e-commerce portal, deployment of a digital service, development of a mobile app, etc.), its success will require coordination, as well as agile and smooth management. The task of orchestration, which is generally given to a project manager, involves providing an interface between the technical, marketing and production teams, identifying the needs and expectations of the client or employer, defining a strategy and producing specifications, a functional schedule, a coherent budget, and so on. In practical terms, this type of project management is equally related to the day-to-day work of an employee with expertise in digital technology and that of an entrepreneur or intrapreneur in the digital sector.

Why take an MSc in digital project management?

Digital project managers or entrepreneurs in this sector must have specific interpersonal, personal and managerial skills (analytical thinking, agility, creativity, responsiveness, etc.), as well as technical skills in the areas of webmarketing and digital technology. Not only will a course such as our MSc help you develop this type of versatile profile, the qualification you graduate with (masters-level, French RNCP level 7) will open the doors to many companies, as well as opportunities to head up intrapreneurial projects.

What is the programme of our online Digital Project Management course?

Our course includes core classes that are common to all four of our online Masters of Science, specialised classes to help you develop dual professional expertise (Digital Entrepreneur/Project Manager) and complementary, personalisable modules to adapt your learning path to your profile and aspirations.

The core classes are related to four main themes:

  • Project management
  • Business Ethics & CSR
  • Research and dissertation methodology
  • Strategic Management

Specialised classes are split into the two following themes:
Digital Entrepreneur:

  • Digital Economy
  • Innovation Strategy in Dynamic Global Markets
  • Design thinking and Innovation
  • e-Entrepreneurship
  • New Business Models of the Circular Economy

Project Management:

  • Agile Project Management

  • Project Management Skills
  • Project Management Software
  • Certification Preparation (PMI and Lean/Agile)

You will also have the opportunity to develop complementary expertise by choosing up to three Executive Certificates:

  • Innovation Manager
  • Intrapreneur
  • Diversity Manager

Whether you wish to build your own entrepreneurial project, level up your skills to access other positions within your company, or steer your career into the digital sector, a suitable "Soft Skills path" will be recommended to you following a skills assessment with a professional. Lastly, you will produce and defend a master's dissertation by adopting a scientific approach. The dissertation can be on an operational or academic topic related to the area of entrepreneurship or digital technology.
