About the program

Throughout Law and Policy Pre-Law at Liberty University you will conduct in-depth study into legal research methods and legal writing. You will learn how to write legal briefs using the standard forms used today.

A great deal of attention is given to understanding the various types of civil procedures and laws like torts, property, and contracts. You will be made familiar with criminal law and procedure as you study the fundamental curriculum that will help you be successful in your future studies and career.

We seek to instill the qualities of duty, honor, and morality in our students. Our professors instruct from a conservative Christian perspective and hope to help you build a solid foundation on which to build your legal career.
