The MBA program gave me the tools to turn my idea into a reality. The Entrepreneurship concentration gave me the framework to build a well-thought-out business plan that took into consideration the market landscape, changing economy and other factors. I came away from the program with not only a better understanding of my business, but of my role and how I can contribute to something great.
Loren Ornelas-Menendez, MBA ’15 Manager, Cedars-Sinai Biomanufacturing Center
My experience in the Organizational Leadership concentration offered me a chance to look at myself and how I show up in the workplace. The material allowed me to come face-to-face with my biases, revealing things I was not aware of. I learned to be genuine while adapting to my environment.
Kimberley Couture, MBA ’18 Deputy, F/A-18 & EA-18G Training Systems TPO
The information I’ve learned in the program has proven to be invaluable. I’ve gained much more awareness of global business. I’ve become focused on change and the impacts of change.
