Secondary Education and School Leadership Programs

The Department of Secondary Education and School Leadership is a collaborative department comprised of the Master of Arts in Urban Education and Master of Arts in Teaching Programs. The Master of Arts in Urban Education program has multiple concentrations: Administration and Supervision in PreK-12 Principal Preparation, Mental Health Counseling, Professional School Counseling and Subject Area Content Concentrations. The Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) has multiple concentrations that include Biology, Chemistry, English, Fine Arts, History, Mathematics, Music, and Physics.
