Human Resources

Recruit, train and retain the most important part of every organization: its employees.

What is a degree in Human Resources?

Park’s Human Resources degree program focuses on the study of organizations and how to best utilize employees to optimize business operations. We emphasize a behavioral science approach to management, because it’s vital to understand how people interact within groups.

Locations & Learning Options

Park understands that for many of our students, flexibility is a necessity. Our Human Resources program is available entirely online or at certain locations in a blended format of online and in person.

Courses in the Human Resources degree program are offered online or in person. If you want face-to-face classes, we offer blended courses at specific campus centers across the country. Each weekly class session includes a physical classroom and online component. While face-to-face, our HR program instructors facilitate in-class activities that promote collaborative learning and provide opportunities to apply what you learn.
