Organizational Communication Degree

At Park University, our Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication degree is designed for students preparing for successful professional careers in management, training, development, human resources, consulting, or related fields. Students in this program will learn about interviewing, interpersonal communication, media analysis and criticism, and more.

Locations & Learning Options

As a student in our Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication program, you’ll have the option of taking classes at our Parkville, Missouri campus, one of our Kansas City area campuses, and/or online. This degree requires a minimum of 122 completed credit hours, including 45 hours of degree-specific core curriculum courses and 18 hours for a required minor in a different discipline. Program Highlights

If you are interested in pursuing the Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication degree, you will study the theories and practice of organizational leadership, interpersonal communication, and other subject areas related to the field. You will also have an opportunity to pursue a senior research project for a deeper exploration of organizational communication.
