CIFE is a European institute of higher education and research, founded in 1954 with its head office in Nice and branch offices in Berlin, Brussels and Istanbul.

We offer international Master programmes in European Studies, Mediterranean Studies, International Relations, Energy Transition, Economic Governance and Climate Diplomacy.

CIFE’s motto is “Learning and living Europe”. With us, students are on the move!  Over the academic year they study in three different cities. CIFE’s study locations are: Nice, Berlin, Rome, Canterbury, Tunis and Istanbul.
