Data Analytics (online)

The Data Analytics emphasis prepares students for managerial positions requiring a solid foundation in data mining and analytics. The emphasis addresses Data Analytics from a business perspective and focuses on the strategic use of technology and data for competitive advantage. Students are equipped to use structured and unstructured data to enhance business performance.

MBA students that would like to earn an emphasis in Data Analytics must complete three courses (nine credits) from the available courses, which address contemporary topics such as data management, data mining, business intelligence, process innovation, and digital marketing. For students interested in a focused study of this subject, the online Data Analytics Graduate Certificate includes five courses (15 credits).

Courses by MBA emphasis are listed in the Graduate Catalog.
